Support
Need help with registration, login, profile setup, match joining, or account deletion? Contact support and include the email address used in the app so the issue can be reviewed.
Support requests are reviewed as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days.
What to Include
- The email address used for your shootQ8 account.
- Your device type and operating system version.
- The screen where the issue happened.
- A short description of what you expected and what happened.
Login and Password Help
If your email is registered and the password is incorrect, use the “Forget Password ?” option on the login screen to request a password reset email. If the app says the email is not registered, create a new account or contact support if you believe this is incorrect.
Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account from the app Settings page. Account deletion removes the Firebase Auth account, user profile data, profile photo, and match registration artifacts linked to the account where possible. If you cannot access the app, email support from the same email address used for your account.
Match Registration Issues
Match registration depends on the selected date, profile match format, available team slots, and position availability. If you cannot join a match, confirm that your profile supports the match format and that the match has an open team and position.
